Non-violent communication
From ICWiki
[edit]
Non-violent communication:
Non-violent communication is a method developed by Marshall B. Rosenburg to help people communicate better with each other in a compassionate and peaceful way. It can be useful in situations needing mediation or in negotiations. It is used for conflict resolution and for helping to understand other peoples viewpoints.
Non-violent communication (NVC) focuses on the four steps of observing, feeling, needing and requesting.
NVC is used in a number of communities around the world. In Germany, the Kommune Niederkaufungen has a team of trainers.
