Sample Legal Documents category

When setting up the legal structure for an intentional community, it is very beneficial to review the legal documents of other similar communities (and sometimes dissimilar ones can help as well). It may be unwise to simply clone another community's legal documents - laws differ in different areas and the other community may have made serious mistakes. These documents do not constitute legal advise in any form and it would seem prudent to be cautious about their use without legal advice from a qualified attorney. Definitely use them to learn, but be careful and smart.
